As a current Athlete and Coach to Australia’s best figure, fitness and bikini competition athletes I can help you achieve your goals. We support our athletes to achieve their best ever physique with completely tailored training and nutrition, as well as ongoing mindset coaching and mentoring to keep you focused, high-performing and well prepared for your competition day or photo shoot.

Fitness competitions are an extremely rewarding experience. It is a physically and mentally challenging goal and requires an exceptional level of commitment from the athlete, and the coach. The experience is amazing and whilst reaching your goal of stepping on stage is a wonderful achievement, what is also worth noting is the person you become on the journey.

It should be challenging, fun, a path of self-discovery and incredible personal growth if you approach it in the right way, and with your health as a priority.

With many years’ experience coaching athletes to success in competition and performance sports, we are not only passionate about our athletes achieving their best ever physique, but also in levelling up in in all areas of their lives – athletically, professionally, and personally.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • Custom training updated regularly and designed to improve your strength, performance and physique. Includes weights program, cardio and recovery protocols.
  • Nutrition with calories and macros tailored to meet your goals. Choose from Tracking or Meal Plan which is updated regularly and includes a variety of whole foods, recipes and supplementation guidelines that support your health. (no bro diets – unless you want one).
  • Weekly check in with your coach to review your progress with measurements, photos and bio feedback. Comprehensive feedback provided. 
  • Access to my custom app where you can track your progress, access detailed training plans with video demonstrations and communicate with your coach.
  • Mindset and performance coaching from an athlete with 20+ years experience in stage based sports, competition and performance – Support to keep your head in the game including mentoring on time management, self-care, stress management, visualisation, and coaching in habits and rituals.
  • Competition and photo shoot coaching on stage presentation and competition day preparations, personalised peak week plan and post competition reverse plan.
  • Advice on bikini selection, costume design, shoes, hair, makeup, skin and tanning preparation.

Competition Posing and Stage Coaching

Your posing and stage presence is an important part of the package you bring to stage and contributes to your result just as much as the physique you present on stage.

The feedback from judges in every show I have competed in to date has been flawless posing and stage presence, and I am committed to sharing my knowledge and experience with you to have you looking and feeling your absolute best on your big day too!

You have spent months preparing for your competition, hours on training, meal prepping, selecting the perfect bikini, juggling your prep with a career and your personal life, planning the day so it is important to know how to pose to show off all your hard work.

Your routine should be tailored to suit you – your shape, your personality and to hit the angles that are going to best display all of your strengths. It should also be designed around what your federation, and category are looking for. You should feel confident, empowered and ready to get up there and own the stage.

I have been competing since 2012 and during this time have achieved some amazing fitness career highlights. I have competed in 14 shows across Australia placing in every show, with 6 titles and 3 overall placings across 4 federations – with the WBFF, ANB, INBA and FBME.

With many years’ experience in the fitness and health industry, alongside a corporate role in the health sector working in physical and psychological injury rehabilitation, I am committed to providing clients with programs and coaching that encompasses all aspects of health and wellbeing.
